Cheers Rob,

That's a seriously impressive sight, i nearly crook my neck and/or swerve unervingly when ever I go past it.

Would love to have been involved in it just once.

Not suprised it takes so long to work it, 530m long & 100' average height :thumbup1:

Looks fantastic in leaf.

Well worth the trip if your that neck of the woods people.

.

As they have so much trouble finding the budget maybe we should organise an arbtalkers get together climb up there! lmao:thumbup:

Cant remember the land owners name, but times are hard just now and they could be down to their last 10 million.

One arbtalker per tree and a hoard of student eager beaver groundies and the job will only cost them a pig roast and some beers! we would have it done in a weekend with some of these boys!

Yep, and you can be chief "student groundie ar5e kicker"......

When you've done that and got them all working like dogs, you can run through the method statement and risk assessment with them, making sure that all thoroughly understand the associated hazards on site, and then get them to sign on the appropriate doted line.

(How's that D? Steered back on track..... ish!)
