No there isnt, half the tree teams don’t bother the other half have got that fed up with trying to find someone they do it in house. The few that are left expect it done over night for peanuts, by the time you take your time, professional indemnity insurance into account there isn’t evan a bit of shell left from the afore mentioned peanut. This may not be the case in all areas but it is from my experience. 
 

I know my maths don’t add up having 2 halves and a few over but you get the point.

It might not be that bad an idea- depends on who else is doing them in your area. I'm on my 5th 'inspector' in about 15 years. 2 stopped doing them, one was too expensive ( about 75% dearer), one never replied to messages. So if you're reliable and reasonably priced I'd say there is a market.
