If it's below your hips wouldn't it start to slip down your legs? I sometimes have to hitch mine up when there's a saw hanging from it.

For wearing in a tree, i would say same as treeflex, ie one hands width below your navel, as a guide.

 

If slipping down is a problem, you can get a chest harness for it.

It shouldn't slip down if the rope is holding you up, so almost under the hips and then it lifts you making you lighter and so you move better round the tree. Its is supposed to lift you from the hips so maybe I was right the first time.

That's a good point, maybe I'm wearing mine to high and it's slipping down to the right place. I'll try it next week, super!
