finally got my competition bar, picked it up today got home looked at it and 1 of the 4 rivots on the nose is half sticking out loads. just wondered whats best to do with it. file it down? take it back? hard to get a pic of it really but any ideas would be great ta.

I would check with the dealer first to see if he's ok for you to knock it flat, don't over hit it or you may damage the bearing for the sprocket.

 

If it was us we would tell you to knock it flat if you want to try it and if you have any problems bring it back and we would change it.
