Which tree to plant here?

Question

I want a tree in this spot, (hopefully something that can grow 2 meters tall or more)  but it's kind of a problematic location as you see in the photo, plus it is close to sewer line and power line.

Could you recommend some trees suitable for this?  I'm also considering a tree that I can keep in a container for its life, without having to change to a bigger pot..

I'm a fan of Liquidambar trees but not sure how long that'd live in a container..? (obviously planting that in the ground, at that spot wouldn't be an option)

Notes: Distance from the black house wall to the garden wall is 5 meters.   Right side of the picture is north.

I'm in Turkey, Izmir, lowest temp is -4C and highest about +40C.

Thanks in advance!

No idea what species of trees will work out there but I’d personally be looking at a Niwaki style tree given the location and aesthetics
