Advice needed for health of Prunus Lusitanica Portuguese Laurel mature tree.

I need help with one of our laurel trees. Unlike the others this tree seems to shed its leaves, many of the new growth become yellow with black, some have holes in the leaves. Also noticed, most of the leaves do not ever go "glossy" and fall off before getting to this stage. The leaves also do not seem so "proud" and seem to droop when compared to the other trees. I do not believe it to be a watering issue as the ground is moist and they do have a soaker hose on them a few times each week for 20 mins or so.

Help needed! thank you...
