Hello Gents,

Going to put a lad on the books thats been with me nearly 5 years, mainly because he's trying to buy a house and it'll help him with a mortgage.

Do any of you have an employment contract template I could use? As I'm abit lost on where to start on writing one up. My accounts sorted all the Paye part etc. Just need to sort a contract out.

Many thanks.

Follow this link to the gov. website

A contract is an agreement between employee and employer setting out implied and explicit terms and conditions - written statement of particulars, collective agreements

It tells you what you need to put in a contract. There are loads of free templates available online, just google "employment contract template". I think I found one years ago on the gov website. If you can find one there I would tend to trust that most.
