Kohler magnum 12 replacement

Looking for recommendations of a replacement for a Kohler magnum 12, as fitted to Wheel horse garden tractors 

1 1/8 shaft size 

or is it possible to get a sleeve to up the shaft size? Seems 1” / 25mm is common on Loncin motors 

 

any help much appreciated

We used to sleeve smaller motor shafts quite a bit in automation, to get things matching up. I guess the problem here would be the drive is probably through a key, and a sleeve would only be 1/16 wall thickness.

 

Is it a pulley drive? Might be possible to buy new pulley with same outer but correct hole.

I'd the pulley has a taper lock then that's easily done.
