Re-sizing pics

Sure I cant be the only (thick) technophobe who doesnt know how to do this, but how do you do this?

Microsoft have a download on their website, once loaded on your pc your just right click the pic nice and simple. Search on their website for image re-sizer tool .

i just go to my pictures click on the picture i want then right click and select edit. at the top of the page go to image, then stretch/skew. then put in the percentage you want to stretch. then save the new re sized pic. probably an easier way to do it though.

God I'm soooooo thick!! had the re-sizer in Adobe photo thingy all along, durrrrr!
