I dont get that. Why use a pto driven hydraulic pump when the tractor has powerful (high pressure & flow) hydraulics already? I can only guess its if you have a set up that uses LOTS of hydraulic power for diff parts all at once.

There are plenty of tractors out there that don’t have the pressure by virtue of having a clapped out pump that’s been whizzing some pretty mucky UTO round for a decade or two, or plenty of others that simply don’t have the flow.

 

Assuming that pump is OK you could hang that behind a old "Grey Fergie" or a little David Brown and have all the pressure and flow you would ever need.
