Good morning, I have setworks on a lt15, has been working fine, but it stopped raising on the control panel and switch, but it will work on the breaker switch, now it won’t raise or lower on the panel, but will still work on the breakers. Does anyone have any ideas? Have tried shorting the limit switches. Thanks in advance.

Is it still giving the correct readout of the height?  Or has it lost all concept of this?

I'd suggest checking the sensors, guessing they are 3 wire type, ie +, - & signal or are they mechanical two wires ?.

Shorting them will just damage something, time to break out the multimeter and do some testing before diving into any control boxes.

Thanks for the reply, yes it has the readout, but as soon as I press up or down, it comes up with an error code

And is the readout correct?  I had a similar situation (on my LT15 wide) to this and it was the little spring at the top of the shaft that enables a sensor to detect and measure up and down movement of the head.

Was the setworks installed on the machine when you bought it?

Yes I’m sure it is, but will check. Yes it was fitted but it had been retro fitted, it’s been working fine, but not been used for a few weeks.
