Question

Hi, newbie here.
My new new neighbours put in decking, without mentioning to me prior to doing. This was waayy higher than council limit. Anyhow, one of my beautiful tall conifers soon went brown. I had this removed and tried to put it out of my mind as to what caused this over 30 year old conifer to die. Now the other beautiful conifer looks to be dying. What are the chances of two dying? Can I save it ? Can I make a claim against neighbour.? They were both growing happily in same corner of garden where the decking was installed. Thank for any comments. 🙂
