268, chain brake as in the handle or the brake band?

The handle and the brake band  like the full assembly, I think that's the problem I'm having is that the parts are just not made anymore most places I look seem to have the same parts in stock and the same discontinued

I've had a few bits  from Garden Hire on eBay and not had problems. Worth a punt at £18 I'd think.

The 268 parts are available but a tad more expensive than the ebay ones! £100 complete although the handle and brake band are available separately, band £11, handle £32

 

42, clutch complete £60, sprocket £40, its worth having a search about for that. Choke knob/control £5, oil cap £10, fuel cap £7.5.

 

If you do want any of the parts I would need the manufacture date/serial numbers just in case there are some differences but it doesnt look like there are many changes. Not like modern machines.
