Recommendations for arb books for a new climber

I've been climbing for a few months now and have got the hang of doing takedowns, large and small but, I would like to broaden my limited knowledge on reductions, crown work etc.  If anyone has any recommendations for books they would advise for people in the industry, I'd be happy to know!

Not really something you can learn from books more time on the tools and watching others. I would just say when our starting out doing reductions I would have a decent groundsman spot you in and work positioning is what will save your back in the long run.
Other than the technical guide to climbing and aerial rescue there isn’t much out there but I could be wrong.

If you like to read about what and why to cut, and sometimes not cut, I think Ed Gilman is the most readable text book I found on pruning - but big.

Thanks both, I will check those lectures out for sure.  The main aim is to gain some background knowledge before I start doing them so I'm not asking a million questions all the time but, just some of the time.
