haha reminds me of overloading the landy (on private land of course) then backing down the very steep driveway..front wheels in the air as the load shifted, think it might have tipped if towbar hadnt been there..Ed

good old landies - wouldnt do that with that jap rubbish:lol:

stopped driving japjunk years ago after welding patches onto patches on the chassis, then finding it still flexed too much with half loads, and no a new chassis isnt even an option cos they dont make em? been looking at tractors recently, decided when the time comes it'll definately have a cab crane like yours, Ed

no but you can spend on them.. after 5yrs of totally pain free driving and regular servicing the wifes 300tdi disco went nuts and so far this year its had all new back brakes, new clutch and its in now for headgasket, mechanic just rang to say the heads cracked and warped so needs new one as well as rad and thermostat, might be about £900 noooo. not happy but i know it'll last another 10 years+
