Word of warning to anyone wanting to mill turkey oak, don’t know if I was dealt a shot but of wood but it was so twisted my 72 inch bar was bending in the mill whilst milling. Used a ms881 and a brand new chain and if was still happening was wedged well and the gauges weren’t on the piss running of a straight board for the first cut. Has anyone else had this problem milling turkey oak? Thanks Rowan.
