10' Chains and bars for ECHO CS-2511TES

Hi, 

 

Just struggling to find 10' bars and chains for my echo cs-2511tes tophandle saw at the moment, most places are either out of stock or not available, and have used rotatech before and found they are really poor quality. 

 

Any one know where I can source them from?

Have you tried RobD at chainsawbars.co.uk?

 

The best combo (by a mile) I have tried is a Stihl 150 bar with a Stihl 56 DL chain, which fit straight on.

 

Skyland should have them in stock.

A 2511 might struggle a bit with a 10 foot bar; try a ported 880!

Ah so Stihl bars fit? As the stihl dealership nearby said that they don't fit on echos?

They fit no problem mate, with no modifications required.

With a 1/4 sprocket?

Yes, sorry meant 57 DL chain, the standard 56 DL for the 150 won’t fit.

The Stihl dealer is probably just bitter that the Echo is a better saw than the 150!
