So a long trip round the M25 to kent again today, for another view of the Hericium erinaceus, its now at its peak and will soon fall off the tree, ( I want to cry! )

 

it was a very wet night and morning so it wasnt the best conditions to shoot it in but even so I am very pleased to have captured what are for me some of the best images in my library.

 

I hope you have all enjoyed this fungus as much as I, it realy has been rather special for me this one, and will be hard to top it.

 

My sincere thanks to Ben (cutter1) for not only showing this to me, but for taking so much time on 4 seperate occasions to show me around and drive me to spots. Dont ever be afraid to ask me for anything in return Ben:thumbup1:
