Hi all, i'm new to the forum and after some advce. I've recently planted a Dawney Birch in my garden along with a support post which during a big storm has rubbed and taken off some of the Bark.

Becuase the tree hasnt yet fully settled into the garden is this anything to worry about and will the tree recover? Its only taken off the white and penerated a little into the underneath layers.
