Pfanner Chainsaw Trousers - Arborist vs Ventilation

Looking for a pair of chainsaw trousers for my lad whose starting college soon. Has anyone used both of the above and can give a comparison please?  Not interested in any other brand.

I found the arborists more comfortable but didn't last anywhere near as long as the ventilation

I assume the ventilation are less stretchy?

Yeah definitely. The Ventilation are still very comfortable to climb in though

Are they noticeably cooler?

Wouldn't say there's a massive difference really, I think whatever you've got on when it's above 20 degrees is going to make you sweat.

Haha yeah type c's is not what you want in the summer, or winter for that matter 🤣
