Hi,

I have a single cab transit 2019, i plug the chipper in the back of the van but i have no lights at all. I have checked the fuse and its ok? I have checked all bulbs... All ok. I have unplugged the tow socket but the indicators flash fast inside the cab but not out outsude?

Any help i would be grateful! 🙏

Thanks

Forgot to add that i have code read it but the only fault code is about the rear lighting module rear b. Could it be the module.... If so where would i find this?

Thanks

My guess is the later transits have a CANBUS system which controls the lights, these need a converter wired in to the trailer socket to work trailer boards. So I would think that error code does relate to the trailer lighting circuit. Did it work before or is it the first use?

Has the trailer got LED lights? My Ranger flashes double speed to notify a fault, but the lights on the outside are working as they should. They don't 'recognise' the LED units!

Diagnostic machine passes the trailer module, not the rear lighting module rear b. I have power in the socket for aux 12v take the fuse out of it (no72) which is apparently the fuse for the power supply to the socket and no 12v but it still doesnt have lights.
