Accept the fact you will feel cranky for a few weeks. Pretending you won't is bollocks.

Concentrate on packing in for two weeks. After that it will become so much easier. You will get cravings, but they last less and less long.

Put some old wet dog ends in a 35mm film can and have a snort if things get really bad!

Good luck with it mate. It's worth it.

tic-tacs & haribos!!!!! then when you cant do your trousers up without a struggle you have to give up the tic-tacs!!!!!!!! joking aside, i found that mints really helped for first week, after that it became easy, i do think you have to accept that to a certain degree, u will always have a craving for one!!!! you will be amazed at how good you feel after a couple of weeks, good luck!!
