problem with land lord

hi am sure this has been covered before but i just want to no wot every1s situation out there is as far as renting a yard. im at a farm and rent a pad of concret that we laid its about 100ft long and 60ft wide.the problem is the farmer is tryin to restrict wot we bring back and wot we do. which we av been there for 5 years and not ad a problem with anything. and i worked for him for 8 years befor that. am i rite in thinking as we rent it with in reason and as long as its kept tidy we cn do wot we want?als were doin is bring wood and chip back.

you have certain right as a tenant ,but get yourself a land agent ,he will give you the finer details ,as you dont wont to falling out ,with yards been like rocking horse poo ,has he told or do the local planners know your there ,that could be nigaling him :001_smile:

why not see if you can sit down with the guy and come to an agreement with him , i have a yard and the guy that owns it is a pain in the arse BUT we give his daughter logs for free , we strim and weed spray his yard for free but this all means that we keep the yard. to be honest i think that sometimes its better to get an agreement on paper so that everyone knows where they stand
