Hi all

We’ve just bought the LT15 wide and the setworks arrived separately si we’ve wired it all up .

Does anyone have a tutorial of how to calibrate it and set kerf etc as the manual seems not to be so easily understood!!

It will go up and down when ‘next cut ‘ is pressed so it’s wired in ok

We are seriously behind on 19mm waney edge now and getting fairly desperate !!

Basically help with setting up from brand new appreciated

Many thanks

Sam

It's pretty intuitive once you get your head around the terms used.

The manual explains it all pretty well.

Once you have calibrated and saved the initial set-up, i.e put in the divider value, you no longer need to do this.
Use the Auto cal button once every now and again.....once a week or so, or if the mill gets a hefty knock
To set the kerf value just press the Kerf button and put in 2mm and save it
To check the height shown on the display matches the actual height from the bed you set the height on the display to 250mm and then place the blade measuring stick on the blade and measure the height from the bed.  If this measurement does not match the display height, press the set height button and change the display measurement to match the one taken from the blade stick/bed.

Any problems give me a shout, and I'll talk you through any problems you are having.  In all honesty the more you use, it the simpler it becomes.
