Hi

Am digging between 2 large copper beech tree's

They have TPO's

It's to establish a drive way

there is about 20-25 feet between them

Do i need permission to do this ?

Is it dangerous to the health of the beeches ?

am going to lay gravel over afterwards not hardstanding

Thx

AH
