4x4 oak

Hey,

 

Has anybody got any 4x4 dry oak in reasonable lengths, preferably air dried if possible. It’s for window frames so the clearer the better I would think.

What area are you john. Can mill you some up and put through the planer.

I’m in lancs bud.

its for a chap I know but he needs quite a lot. A full large house full of window and door frames.

I am in south wales so surly must be able to find someone closer. What stock size is he after ?? be looking at 100x 50mm ball part for windows and door frames. If he was local i would have looked at the window profiles. 4x4 i am assuming he can machine his own stuff and make them bespoke.

Yeah that’s a fair jaunt, yeah they are all being machined and made by a friend up here.
