im just after a reccy climb at the mo rupe, but if some lovely wunderful experienced judges/organiser/seasoned comp climber wants to come along and offer some wise advice then i wont complain.

ive organised a few events before so i kno its not for the faint-hearted, if an organisation wants to borrow said trees then they will have to speak to her ladyship.

Oh I see. Well get your self some decent trees and then see who turn up! All you need is something to make targets with for limbwalking.

We did some at westonbirt once, just used marker tape tied on the ends of branches instead of bells and then timed each other round all the markers. Worked well!

I'd be well up for this mate. This is the sort of thing I wanted to look into for the Northern get together. Maybe we could coincide and work on something in and around Lincolnshire as it's pretty central?

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
