Freelance Ecologists - Where can I find them?

With Nesting season virtually here we have a lot of call for Ecologists.  A fair amount of our work at this time of year is on Construction sites and we often have to work under Ecologists supervision, or get bird inspections done prior to commencing work.  This is a service I'd like to offer in house, but at the moment we're not in a position to employ an Ecologist directly, so I'd like to have a freelancer(s) on the books to call on when needed.

 

Does anyone know of a forum/facebook group/website where I might be able to find Ecologists just hanging around online (a bit like Arbtalk…?)
