Ground work mainly, I'd rather not climb unless I have to...

As for slipping get crampons haha, you can get these which clip under boots to give you a bit more grip:

Crampons

Just went back to a previous employers today to help them "tidy some issues up", was nice to be doing something for a bit. I'd still rather have been outside though...

At the minute I'm trying to quit smoking as well, I find if I'm inside all I want to do is go for a smoke, if I'm outside working I don't think about it so it doesn't bother me...

You can't chuck fag ends in a forest, so if there aren't any bins either I don't bother :D

If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
