Chainsaw Carvers - what is your chain of choice on Q tip bars?

A question - why not use .325 .050 on Q tip bars? Most saws used already have a .325 drive sprocket...

Well I guess because I previously switched everything to 3/8 or 3/8 lo pro. I’m not saying this is what everyone is doing, just works for me

Well we'll start with 91 vxl and I guess progress from there!

 

Again the big manufacturers could do with a carving ready chain. Stihl as usual leading the market with their 1/4 .050 RMS chain but there is nothing there for the Q tip bars...
