Cheers!

Ben how likely is it that anyone will see or remember theses identification details if they come across a machine in the future?

Steve Bulman started a register on which people could store details  of their machines and then flag them up as stolen if needed. Your machine is not there.

The thing about Arbsafe is that the list of stolen stuff is searchable by the likes of you and  me, whereas all the other ones like cesar and

Seem to be accessible by registered users and the police only.

As there has been little uptake I don't know how long it will remain supported, ultimately it would have required funding but one would hope eventually all these schemes would become integrated but open like Arbsafe.

I’v still got my eyes open for this chipper, I have the serial number, and will be checking.

but as stated it’s likely to be out of the county.

there are professional teams, doing this, they have a network around the country and tend to swap the stuff they steal. They do the same with caravans. The police know them ! But it’s a game of cat and mouse !

If only these machines had tracking devices.
