Stump grinder LANTRA course ?

Hi All I am trying to find a place that runs a Stump grinding course ??LANTRA /NPTC training . I am based in Somerset but happy to travel out to get on a course .

Hi Kevin thanks for info I am looking an entry level course . let me know when are running one of those . I will look a bit closer to home but if no luck then if your running one then that would be great . Is it a one day course ?

yep it is a MINIMUM 1 day cource, essensially the differance for novice/experianced is time and or number of candidates?

 

have you ever used a stump grinder befor.

 

also lantra will list lots of training providors but there are less grinder instructors than chainsaw instructors!!! so cheak dates with them when booking up.

 

lantra site shows your nearest regestered training providor for the grouping of cource you seek as

Try North Walford college in Shropshire, they are currently subsidising courses, I will try to get a direct contact for you, as I know the office is not always open.

Hi thanks for info I will get onto them . I have used a stump grinder before but only a few times so would want the basic course as need to learn from the beginning then after that would do a more advanced course later
