Size 9?  Stunning; I have a pair of Meindl Woodwalkers in 43 clogging up the garage. They're too worn to be of value but there's plenty of life left in them - a bit like myself really.

Interested?

HI Jon

Are they a tight 9 or a loose 9 , I just use std work type steel toe cap shoes at the moment

Out of the box they were as tight as a tight thing - I thought I'd wasted a lot of money - but they soon formed around my feet.

I guess the answer to your question now is probably down to what socks you're wearing.

But they're free and not in bad condition at all - give 'em a go.  The worst that can happen is that they don't suit you in which case someone else can benefit.

Only reason I asked is that some size 9s fit lovely and some are tight ,

So true, so true.  I need to get to a shop and try hiking boots on again as Parcel Force have just thrown my Scarpas in the bin!
