Hi all

Im after a bit of advice my old arboreater chipper has finally given up and i need to replace it , ive been looking at the forst st6p and seen it working and im impressed although not sure about it being petrol as i dont use it all the time as i do grass cutting too but when i do use it its generally large clearence work or any type of tree works so it does need to be of a reasonable size and able to chip pretty quick ! Im vat registered and wanting to buy a new machine i have a budget of £15k anybody help me ? ?

Thanks in anticipation. ?

I’ve got the Greenmech 150p, it’s got the same Petrol engine. Can’t complain about the engine, chip all day and it will use roughly 9 litres. I’ve not got any experience with forst stuff but I regularly put 5”-6” bits through and it copes fine. Alternatively maybe look at the Timberwolf 230.

Here is a small video I took a couple of weeks ago when demoing our 150P against the ST6P.

Forst does have a slightly heavier flywheel so feels a bit quicker on the small stuff but the lighter flywheel on the GreenMech recovers quicker. Horses for courses on real time throughput.

Same Vanguard EFI engine.

The customer purchased the GreenMech and RRP is £13,500 ex vat.

Forst warranty page states no warranty on feed rollers or paint?
