You won't see the impulse line from taking the carb off - see my original post .....it is UNDER the air box and comes out of the top cover that is part of the fuel tank and locates to the bottom of the air box.

 

Does the 201t have an impulse line? Might be the problem with one of mine.

It is but was set up properly at the start, so no problem with power :P

Yes it does but is a different design and is less likely to come off. The early 201s were utter shyte and need a good going over to shake them up and get them going. Not that expensive but worth doing.
