loader recomendations

evening all,

I am in need of a new loader. currently have an old international forklift but its on its last legs and we need a new one.

its main job will be stacking ibc cages of logs three high and running a box rotator. possibly a log grab at some point but probably just forks.

out yard is stone and planings so I will need something that will be ok on rough ish ground.

my budget is max 15k so unfortunately this rules out an avant or multi one etc. currently looking at a jcb 926 forklift or a jcb 406 pivot steer.

having trawled ebay for weeks I still have no idea what is best so thought I would pop the question.

thanks all

Have you looked at kramers? We've been using them for years and they're great for yard work and reliable. I use a 280 for firewood production, stacking boxes etc. It will only just handle a box rotator as we use potato boxes which are bigger so we tend to use our 750 for loading to be on the safe side but it's the equivalent of the jcb 406 anyway.

If your looking for any second hand machine agriaffaires is worth a look, probably more there than eBay.
