1-2 hrs!!! You can have that changed in half an hour, 40 mins tops. You don’t have to remove the fuel tank completely. I’ve done hundreds of these you can build the whole saw from the crankcases up in 2hrs.

Can you film it while you do it and stick it up on Youtube ? You'd be my hero.

There's an offer - £25 for 30 mins work and a part price of £17, that makes it £42 and a bargain in my books...rip his arm off at that price. I bow to someone's greater experience and think I had better take a well earned rest;)

You’re missing a trick here spud, you should be sending all your work to sveriges and creaming off the profit for doing nothing!

Mmmm, now that's what I call a business plan, wonder if he is up for it, reckon with a little more practice he could do it in 20 mins.

Strange thing is I have only done around three of these and wonder about the reliability of the saw if he has "done hundereds" of these!

Well the 540 has been out a while now tho mark 2 is a big improvement. when the early ones were falling apart and there sent to you from all over then yeah looking back at the jobs Ive done well over a hundred. Compared to volume sold it’s probably a drop in the ocean really. You guys discussed the reliability issues with threads on here.

I wasnt been arsey towards anyone it really can be done in that time. I suppose when you work on the same stuff day in day out it becomes second nature
