I mix it up a bit mate, I was up to 30kg on a dip belt for sets of 8 but I had a pec tear so I've laid off the weight and just knock out sets of 12 body weight keeping elbows in and pretty upright. Just going to parallel but no lower.

I would recommend trying tricep pull down (assuming your gym has a cable machine). Great way to target triceps, plus having multiple exercises for one muscle group is always good.
