but spending 22k on a new venture that you'd like to do.. thats some commitment....

 

best not to have your fingers in to many pies:blushing:

 

and if customer relations are your thing would it not be best to sit in a nice warm office and have someone chopping your logs

All our businesses are between me and my partner and she does the main running of the web sites

yes but having 22k worth of wood and gear that you cant make a pennie from untill its seasoned is a big step.. (unless you loaded or won the lottery or other)

 

if i was in your shoes id be buying the bigest tin shed from argos and start doing kiln dried logs..

your logs would dry very quick,, and youd proberly make more from them, thus making a profit:thumbup:

I will be looking into kiln drying logs in a year or two, just taking it all one step at a time
