In Chesterfield, Derbyshire, there is an old church called the CROOKED SPIRE. A few years ago, health and safety crew moved in on it. It was in the centre of the ancient marked town and had very old ornate gravestones. These have all been lifted and stacked around the edge of the grounds. Easier to mow now i suppose, and of course non will ever fall on anyone, or no-one will trip over them!

Big shame as it was a lovely old churchyard, and now looks sterile:sad:
