when you say you tried to copy it what did you do.

i opened the email and it has a pic attachment, i right clicked it and up popped a little menu, so i tried to copy by clicking on copy, nothing, so i tried to save target as, but it wouldnt let me. the attachment is about 20 pics

Try this.

 

Open the email, have it on full screen and press Ctrl+PrtScn at the same time(dont press the + button) Then open a paint program and press Ctrl+V.

what if you 'left' click the attatchment which should open the file , and then try and copy or save it .
