More mower advice

Ok so after looking around at various models I've reviewed my short list and is now looking like John deere pro 47, Viking mb756gs and possibly an atesia or active. Whichever one I pick must be decent on damp grass though.

big difference on cutting width between these 2 mowers 17" on the jd and 21" on the viking, just incase you didnt pick up on that

Apparently the pro 47 is 19" vs the 21" of the Viking, I would consider the jc90 but this really is the maximum of my budget, excuse my fussiness but I'm considering this as an investment and so don't really wanna get something and later regret it. The JD would probably be the best fit in terms of size but I've heard allot of good comments on Vikings picking up damp grass.

So has anyone had any experience with active mowers, a local dealership has them in stock and before I drop my cash this coming week I'd really like to make sure I'm well informed.

apparently Active mowers were previously Harry mowers, so if anyone has any experience then i'd appreciate the feedback!

So thanks for everyone's feedback, picked up the new mower today and settled for an etesia phcs46 in the end ultimately over the j/d pro 47, put it to use in short order on grass around 10" long and damp. It didn't drop anything, didn't get blocked and crammed the box really tight with clippings so very happy indeed. Cheers again all. And big thanks to fpandg!
