Hate it when people dont get up

Currently stood waiting a train station id aggreed to meet the lad im climbing fir today. Been stood here 40 minutes now. Theres a train home in 5 mins. Ive heard nothing from him and his phone is off.

 

What would you guys do atm im going to get on it and send him an invoice. What do you think

That how people seem to be these day. Offer someone work, then you try to get hold off them and no answer!!!! Just send me a text that your not coming in, would save you wasting 40 min. Employees are the worst.

Sorry mate couldn't resist what did you decide to do ? I have been a subby for 11 years and had clowns doing the same I always judged my response on my work load at the time and how nice the guy was to work for if he is a tit don't bother again as he will let u down or be a slow if he is sound and a genuine mistake move on and make him feel guilty 😈

I just jumped one train and sent him an invoice. To be honest he's just a kid and still sort of finding his feet. He's phoned and apologised since just said he slept in.

 

Ive been messed about abit in the past though so never really take it to well any more.

 

Just rebooked the job for next week. See how it goes then.
