The level 4 isn't easy anywhere I think you'll find. The tree life L4 and L6 are a boat load of work. I can't vouch for myerscough but Tree Life is excellent!

Second this. I'm currently doing my level 4 with Treelife at Westonbirt and I really underestimated the work load. You have to be extremely committed to me the deadlines.

Is you're course like mine where there isn't really any teaching. More like they give you the assignments and then you go off and find the answers. I've just been reading books, articles, etc for this course and not found the college to be much help at all.

Ummmmmm difficult question. Iv never felt that I can't ask the lecturer for guidance if iv felt stuck but equally we are encouraged to do the work ourselves. After a first go at the assignment we gather in class and go through our assignments where feedback is given on where we went wrong and what we need to do to improve them. It's a system that works well and where we do the bulk of work ourselves but are given guidance and help at the same time.

I'm doing the FdSc at Myerscough and like you have found there is too much of a reliance on just pumping out the work and not really giving the pupils any support, many of the pupil to tutor message boards go unchecked and emails go unanswered for weeks having to chase them multiple times to get an answer so i've found it really hard to get answers on specific things which I know has affected my grades.

I've made the decision not to carry on to the BSc with Myerscough because of this as I don't think it's worth my time/money if it's not being supported at the other end.
