Sorry if James has confused you with his techno babble - he has a habit of doing that!! :biggrin:

 

Maybe you've tried this already. I use the attachments icon (paper clip), next to the smilie face icon. (it was hiding this morning when I looked for it?). This opens up the manage attachments window, then click on browse, select the file you want to attach, then click upload. You should then be able to see the name of the file you want to attach when you click on the paperclip again. And you should end up with a puppy attachment, kind of like this :001_smile:
