ms 660 problems

At the moment im thinking of taking the crappy old 288 as reserve tomorrow........... and i am serious!

The only problem I have ever had with Stihl is dropping the 200t 40ft out of the tree, thinking I had clipped it to my loop, threw it out, catching the lanyard, gasping when the carabina ran thru my hand.

The saw was 1 day old.

 

The only other thing has been the earth wire breaks on the 200t so it won't switch off.

 

That is genuinely the only faults I have had wth stihl and I have

 

2x MS170

1x MS200T

1x MS200

1x MS341

1x MS441

2x MS660

Yeh, i must agree, very reliable but this is turning into an issue with the dealer.........

There will allways be the dodgy saws from both manufacturers loads of people on here rate the 357xpg highly yet mine has been back to the dealer a zillion times!

 

If a saws faulty I just keep throwing them back at the dealer shouting louder each time!

Not me I have 5 stihls of my own never had a problem ith any but the brand new husky 357 work bought me is awfull. Next stop for it is bottom of the river!

Same here. I'm a die hard husky fan, but hate the 2 357's I have. I bought a 341 instead of buying another.

357xpg is the only husky I have, I use that for logging up so it gets some stick, not missed a beat!

That seems to be the whole problem with a 357 if you get a good un its great get a bad un and its unbearable.
