The client must be allowed to make an informed choice so any terms need to be shown before the job starts. On a website is good and on the quote would be better.

 

 

I will put a link in my website and point people in the direction as I've had issues trying to put more than one PDF in E-mails before. I'm not that skilled when it comes to computers so I'm looking for the simplest option that keeps me in the clear. Cheers

On the show is your website thread there are a few companies who have a link on their site.

When I get a site going I'll have a link for my T&Cs then put on the quote like has been mentioned, something along the lines of, "for t&cs see website, printed version available on request"

By having the option to print it saves loads of ink and not everyone has booked through the website/has web access
