stihl FS410CE clutch housing problem ?

Hello we have a couple of stihl fs410ce. the clutch housing broke on one of the machines were the shaft goes in. it broke when using the machine

 

about 4 weeks later the other machine broke and it turned out to be the same problem both machine got fixed.

 

6/7 weeks later its happened again the clutch housing has broke on the first machine again.

 

any one know of a fix? or had same problem or can suggest what to do?

It's a known issue. Stihl should sort under warranty, regardless of age. They did my FS460.

 

I have spoke to my stihl dealer they said they would talk to stihl after 2 weeks I phoned the dealer and gave the details to them again another weeks gone by now not heard anything.

 

who sorted yours out ?

The original dealer did. That said they were less than helpful regarding shaft vibration, which was an issue I had to sort on my own. See this thread:
