Customers Knowledge
I received a repeat order this week from a customer who said that he was extremely happy with his first load but asked would the next one be all hardwood as his last load contained some softwood which burnt to fast. I said that it should not have contained any softwood but maybe the odd log could have slipped through (may contain nuts). It turns out that he was referring to the odd piece of poplar and lime. Anyone else had the same?

Re: Customers Knowledge
I took him three sample logs (cedar, poplar and willow) when I delivered his order and gave him a lecture
