Botex hydraulic requirement

Wilsons website used to list the flow and pressure requirements for thier loaders but no longer appears to do so - can any of you gents give me the flow and pressure requirements for a Botes 5060 please?

All I can say is that the stock pump on my Valtra 6400 managed fine with the 560.. I have heard of people fitting auxiliary pumps but for a decent tractor it should be fine.

I have a feeling the oil flow requirement is around 80l/m.

 

I expect most valmets at 1200rpm are putting out close to that on their stock pumps.

Ok thanks - my trailer has its own pump and reservoir and it is not connected to the tractor hydraulics.

 

The present pump is tired and is not so far as i can see marked with pressure and flow ratings

Quite often you see the spool block plugged into the spool valves. Often the operated by the non return stick:lol: Although you do get a restricted flow through the valves but 60lpm will do most stuff. If your doing big butts you might want more than that.

 

A good hydraulics shop should be able to re condition the pump.

Kesla publish all their recommended flow rates and pressures on their cranes on their website.

 

Their biggest crane is 80-100l on single acting or 150-170 on load sensing. At 190bar.
